This notice informs you, in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, about which personal data is processed when you visit this website. It will be updated as soon as service providers or processing activities change.

2. Hosting and server log files

When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed by the hosting provider, in particular IP address, date and time, the page accessed, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. The purpose is to deliver the website and to ensure stability and security.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

Recipient / hosting provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Server location: Germany/EU.
Data processing agreement: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
Retention period for log files: 3 months.

3. Fonts

The fonts used on this website (including "Instrument Serif") are delivered locally with the website. When pages are loaded, no font files are requested from external services (e.g. Google Fonts); no data is transmitted to third parties in this regard.

4. Contact by email

If you write to me at mail@steffi-werner.de, I process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, organisation, content of the message) in order to handle your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Retention period: The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Contact form

The form on the contact page does not transmit any data to this website. When submitted, it opens your email program with a prepared message addressed to me (subject: "Anfragen via Website-Formular"). Transmission takes place exclusively via your own email account; there is no transmission to a server of this website and no storage by me on this website. Once you send the email, section 4 applies.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. Only your choice in the cookie settings is stored, and only once you make a choice there:

• Key: sw-consent (your browser's local storage, not a cookie)
• Content: version number, your choice regarding optional services, time of storage
• Purpose: to respect your decision and not ask again
• Duration: the choice is valid for 12 months and is no longer taken into account afterwards; you can delete it at any time via your browser.

Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary) and Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR (evidence of the consent decision).

7. Analytics services

No analytics or tracking service is currently integrated. No analytics scripts, pixels or measurement requests are loaded. The "Analytics" category in the cookie settings is disabled. Should a service be used in the future, this will only happen with your express consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), which you can revoke at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. This notice will then be supplemented in advance with the provider, purpose, retention period and any transfer to third countries.

8. External links

Links to external websites (e.g. project or source pages) are only called up when clicked. From that point on, the privacy notices of the respective provider apply.

9. Transfers to third countries

No transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place. Hosting and email are operated by IONOS on servers in Germany/EU; fonts are delivered locally.

10. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
